We always come up to Red Lotus whenever we’re traveling through Salt Lake. The food is consistently amazing, and our server, Jay, is inviting and super attentive towards our needs. The menu is simple and we love trying new things on it all the time. But the biggest draw for us is the gluten-friendly options. My fiancé ... is celiac and loves the pho and Vietnamese egg rolls.
